BADMOOD giler,,,
nape ntah,,
nk ku katekn ku peOT....
xberape laa sgt,,hurmmm...
so, i need the way to leave this condition..
should i do this?
or just leave it??
emm sampaikn laki den pon kne skali,,
*sorry sgt2 yer b,,bb xtaw npe jd cmni..
utk elakkn peperangan berlaku antara kami..
Qyna strait away to stop texting him..
n tell him that i want to sleep, but i do this entry actually,,hahah
*sorry b,, tipu sunat...
utk kebaikan bersame,,,xpe kn??? =)

and i find it :- wht we can do that might make those bad moods a bit easier to handle..!

1. Recognize you're not alone. 
     Although not every teen experiences mood changes to the same degree, they are common.
     Tp kt umh nie dok bilik pon sowg2,,,why can i elak dok alone2 nie? 
      huh! FAILED in this step! =(


2. Catch your breath
     Or count to 10. Or do something that lets you settle down for a few moments, 
     especially if you're feeling angry or irritable. 
     ooisshhh!!! Qyna wat nie,,,huhuhu kurg skit r depress td,, GOOD! =)


3. Talk to people you trust
     Friends can help each other by realizing that they're not alone in their feelings. 
     nk cri membe da mlm weyh! huhuh,,housemate plak da tdow! should i? FAILED again =(


     Talking to parents is important, too. 
     Giler ape??? tgh2 mlm nie nk cri MAK Qyna,,
      mampuih dye pkir ank dye buang tebiat kacau dye 
      tdow memlm nie,,huish! FAILED again =(


4. Exercise. 
    Pe kejadahnyer Qyna nk exercise mlm2 bute dlm blik nie,,,
    nk wat POCO-POCO...da diHARAMkn plak,,alahai... FAILED =(


5. Get enough slepp
    Getting adequate rest is very important. 
    Being tired can lead to more sadness and irritability.
    Tp Qyna nie da terlebih2 tdow da,,,pantang jer der mse free,,
     kompem laa tombang! haha =)


6. Cry...
    There's nothing wrong with crying; in fact, it often makes a person feel better.  
    Yeke?? tetibe rase nk nangis lak (^^.) GOOD way =') 
    lak ai,,kompem nangis lak nie,,,
    cool Qyna,,,cool.....


7. Wait..
     Just as you can get into a bad mood for what seems like no reason at times, 
     that mood can also pass. 
     Kalau laa bad mood uh nk g? law x? bala-bala~~~
     But i try this way! =)

Qyna dpt lakukn 4step jer~~
but the badmood still around in Qyna,,
huhuhuh...
so Qyna decide to Sleep until in the morning,,
other than that, sok pon de class pg an,,,
so nyte friends! ^^
